Foundation Operación Ecuador or better known by its acronym FOE is a non-profit. Whose mission is to serve in different ministries such as:

Preparation of training projects for disadvantaged sectors.

Elaboration of social projects.

Preparation of competent ministers. Men and women can do counseling and spread the gospel to help people in need in the spiritual and moral fields.

Missionary works in the places that are necessary for the spreading of the gospel.
